During our summer visit with Porscha we decided to take her somewhere new to her. We all decided on New York City for a long weekend stay. Our original plans were to go with friends of ours that have a toddler. Unfortunately, they couldn't join us so we altered our plans a bit. We decided to stay at the Hilton Manhattan East because we find that 42nd st is a good location and close to a lot of the sights. For our full review visit here. Here are some pictures of our sightseeing adventures: Our first lunch in the city was at Grand Central Oyster Bar. For the full review visit here. For a quick and easy dinner we tried allergen friendly burgers from Bareburger. These weren't quite memorable but definitely a solid choice. For upscale dining we chose to dine at Morimoto again. Porscha is a total fan of the Food Network and when she heard that it was Iron Chef Morimoto's restaurant that sealed the deal. Porscha was also very adventurous and decided to try the Omakase menu with us. For the full review visit here. Finally I made it back to Vegan Diva's. Scrummy dairy free donuts and desserts! In January Greg and I visited Grand Central Terminal, Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the Empire State Building. Here are some pics from that trip:
