No longer labeling myself
I love all kinds of foods, but i'm also compassionate about animals, worried about our environment, and suffer from food allergies. Growing up with a father who is a butcher Iate as a carnivore. During my teens and again in my twenties I was a strict vegetarian. Lately, I have also tried a Raw Diet and a Gluten Free Diet.
I have decided to stop labeling myself and eat what I can and what I want but to be conscious of my choices. I will continue to eat some meat, vegetarian meals, raw meals, some gluten free meals, and definitely all dairy free meals.
I think as long as a person tries to purchase and eat products that are healthier, treated humanely, and better for the environment then that is all we can ask for.
