Shopping in Savannah
Our latest road trip was mainly about experiencing food from New England to Savannah. When we were walking around Savannah we did stop at some of our favorite shops! Here are some of our can't miss places:
The Salt Table - Offering salts, seasonings, tea, sugars, oil, and vinegars. We purchased Mediterranean Green Tea with Pomegranates, Black Tea with Cherries, and Ginger Sugar. The store offers tastings of each item (which they are tons). Naturally, Greg tried the Ghost Pepper Salt. Although it was hot he says it had good flavor.
Savannah Bee Company - Offering honey, gifts, dog treats, beauty products, snacks, and beverages. Savannah Bee Company also has a tasting bar to try out the many varieties of honey offered. On this trip our favorites were the Raw Tupelo, Black Sage, and the Winter White Honey.
The Paris Market - Offering home goods, gifts, jewelry, kids clothing, beauty products, and also has a small cafe. Unfortunately, I didn't find anything I just had to have this time but I love looking around and taking in the atmosphere of this store.
Terra Cotta - A boutique offering women's clothing, shoes, and accessories.
The Grateful Hound - Offering pet accessories, food, and treats.
River Street Sweets - Candy, Candy, and more Candy! This store is my favorite for Southern Pralines!
On our next visit to Savannah I will be sure to find out some more fabulous shops!
